Each Villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 people, offering the ideal choice for families and large groups. It has 3 bedrooms on 2 floors fully equipped with all bedding with individual WCs.

Each Vlla is equipped with 4 air conditioning units that provide the ideal comfort and coolness to its residents. They offer excellent performance and flexibility, allowing residents to adjust the temperature and airflow to their liking.

The pools of NOCE Villas are the core of the living experience in our complex. No matter which house you choose, you will enjoy a private pool that offers you a world of coolness and fun.
